 Local chartered surveyor Nik Taylor has joined Surveying Devon and Cornwall, marking the building surveying practice’s expectation of the property market bouncing back.
Nik joins Surveying Devon & Cornwall after working in Plymouth following the completion of an environmentally focused building surveying degree at The University of Plymouth.
“We have seen a steady increase in workload this year,” said partner John Collinson, “Nik’s arrival means that we can expand both the range of services we offer and also ensure that we continue to provide an efficient and cost effective service.”
Surveying Devon & Cornwall was formed last year following the merger of Cornwall Surveyors and Collinson Associates. The firm also has offices in Saltash, Fowey and Ivybridge.
